Is this normal?

Is this normal? Could it be some sort of viruses or spyware?

given literally NO info lol

126 is my laptop
1 is the router
132 my phone
135 brother’s phone

Depends. Linux will respond with port unreachable if the port is open with nothing listening on it or with a firewall REJECT rule regardless if something’s listening on it.

You filtered everything but icmp, and didn’t say what 126 is actually being used for (or the port number(s) at least). I can only assume 126 is sending some sort of port based ipv4 packet like udp/tcp to 135,132,1, and 123 for some reason and those machines are telling 126 that nothing is on those ports.
